What: North Londoner Isi Victoria Rockley, designer of Glamour & Glamour, constructs glamorous clothing for women that require something extra special. She draws inspiration from across the pond (old Hollywood to be exact), using luxurious silks and chiffons to recreate looks that would have pleased Cleopatra, Scarlett O’Hara, and Holly Golightly.
Why: Although her designs aren’t easy on the wallet (approximately $1,000 to $1,300), each customer receives a unique dress made specially for them.
