FOUNDER AND EDITOR-IN-CHIEF
Jennifer Seligman has been exposed to the fashion industry from all ends of the spectrum. She began working as a model when she was only 14, doing print and runway while attending high school, and later appearing in David Emanuel’s television show Shop the World and numerable music videos including The Tragically Hip. While attending university, she worked for a fashion retailer during the summer but decided that her calling was the editorial side of the fashion industry. The following summer, Jennifer worked as an Editorial Intern at New Dream Homes Magazine. Over the years, she has written several freelance articles for Style Review, The Gazette and TCHAD Magazine and held the position of Fashion Editor at SASSON Magazine.
Jennifer is the founder and Editor-in Chief of Weekly Couture.
DIRECTOR OF ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONS
Darya Maeki completed her undergraduate degree in psychology at York University and her Masters degree in Fashion Communication at the Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan, Italy. She has previously worked in Milan at a press office called Watt Cinque and currently works as Director of Advertising and Promotions while simultaneously designing her very own clothing collection.
EDITORIAL INTERN
Denise Hansen holds the position of Editorial Intern for Weekly Couture and is currently working towards a journalism degree at the University of Toronto. In the past, she has written for her school newspaper and has been published in the U of T Scarborough's annual journal of creative writing. She has also volunteered for Dress Your Best, a local clothing drive.
